Since his appointment in March 2025, Mark has led the ATO’s Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group, responsible for maintaining a contemporary, secure, and reliable technology environment that supports Australia’s tax, superannuation, and registry systems.

With more than two decades of experience across agencies including the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, the Department of Education, and the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Mark brings a deep understanding of digital reform, data modernisation, and service delivery at scale.
