Welcome - Tour Organiser
8:30 AM - 9:30 AMBiography
Tracy works alongside the CEO and Executive Team to shape the Circle’s long-term direction and expand its influence across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and beyond. Her role goes well beyond strategy on paper, it’s about curating the right rooms, with the right people, at the right time. From AI and cyber security to defence, infrastructure, energy transition and leadership through uncertainty, Tracy ensures the Circle remains a place where complex issues are explored with depth, trust and candour.
Spotlight: Gold Coast was a deliberate choice. Tracy identified the Gold Coast as one of Australia’s most under-appreciated transformation stories. A region evolving rapidly from a traditional tourism narrative into a globally connected hub for health and research, digital infrastructure, cyber, space, advanced manufacturing, screen and creative industries. With major precinct development underway and the runway to 2032 accelerating investment and ambition, Tracy designed Spotlight: Gold Coast as a behind-the-scenes immersion to reveal what’s really happening beneath the surface, and why it matters now.
As Tour Organiser, Tracy plays a hands-on role throughout the program, guiding the narrative, moderating key sessions, and creating space for meaningful peer-to-peer dialogue. Known for her warmth, inclusivity and sharp facilitation style, she ensures conversations move beyond commentary to insight, and insight into action.
