We are delighted to welcome Mr. Russell Dubner, Global Chief Communications Officer, Managing Director & Partner, New York, Boston Consulting Group to share insights on GenAI in Corporate Affairs and Communications, grounded in recent BCG research and implementation experience. 

Dubner will outline findings from BCG’s global survey of 200+ senior function leaders, which shows a profession at an inflection point: while most leaders believe in AI’s potential, 88% say they are not yet fully prepared to lead an AI transformation, and only 31% have scaled beyond pilots. 

He will also draw on previous analysis that explored the potential of GenAI in this space, which finds that Corporate Affairs ranks as a top two enterprise opportunity for GenAI transformation, with task-level productivity potential of 26–36% and further gains possible through process redesign. 

Dubner will also share BCG’s experience scaling GenAI within its own Communications function, where the focus has extended beyond productivity to capability building and innovation.
