This closed, discussion-led session will bring together a select group of senior leaders to exchange practical perspectives on how agencies are strengthening data foundations, enabling interoperability in practice, and preparing for responsible, scalable AI adoption.

The conversation will explore themes including:

• Building fit-for-purpose data platforms to support future public services
• Improving data quality
• Enabling secure, practical cross-agency interoperability
• Establishing foundation for AI capabilities

We are extending this invitation to a group of senior leaders across agencies including Defence Housing Australia, Department of Health, Australia Taxation Office, Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, Department of Defence, CSIRO, Department of Industry, Science and Resources, Department of Infrastructure, ACIC, ASIC, National Health Recruitment, ACT Government and Australian Digital Health Agency and this will be a candid peer exchange where leaders can share lessons, challenges and emerging approaches to aligning policy, technology and operating models across government.
